I am very leery of all contractors but this company definitely let me know that there are some good guys left. Steve was the only roofer who took his time during the estimate process and fully explained what needed to be done. They were on time and explained what was happening the entire time. His main concern was that he and his team did a complete and professional job. I received comments from neighbors about how professional they worked. Steve was the absolute best. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs any roofing done.

Steve did an excellent job. He was there with his workers. He explained every detail he did and took pictures from beginning to end . He knows what he is doing and he is honest. He knew we had a dead line because of insurance. His crew worked hard to get everything done. I would recommend him to everyone.

Company owner does the quoting and is on the job with his guys. Straight shooter very experienced. Crew is professional and experienced (no cig butts in the yard).. They even painted the vents they installed with special paint that matches the shingles. They bring and inventory of additional items with them so they are ready to fix anything they run into. The price is the price no add-ons. Definitely recommend this company.

They cam out on a Sunday to evaluate the issue and repaired it very soon thereafter. The proce was right..

Steve DuBois the actual owner of the company responded personally and gave us the roof estimate. We had one other estimate and his estimate was substantially lower then the other company for the same work and shingles. He and his crew of four and the shingle supplier showed up at 8:00 A.M. and were on the job by 8:30 after the supplier put the shingles on the roof. His crew of four tore off the old roof, replaced all the vents, skylights etc, put the new roof down included the peel and stick underlayment, put the new singles down and were cleaned up and gone by 4:30 P.M. I personally checked on the job every 30 minutes and was on the roof several times to check on the work.
It was rare to see one of his crew off the roof for any reason as they stuck to their work the entire day. After the county inspector approved the job I called him and he came several days later when we were available. He provided about 12 photos of the close up details of some of the work that was covered by the shingles. He also gave us a release of lien from the supplier and paperwork for the insurance company. He even took off his work boots before coming in the house and traveled very slowly through our gated community in his truck - very impressive! He also showed up with some impressive equipment including a very quiet air compressor run by his own propane tank.

I had gotten several estimates on the job but I was in a bind on the time to do it. The estimates were really close and I had checked on the reviews for the contractors and all of them were pretty good. Steve Dubois came by to give me a estimate and he was able to work me in sooner than any of the others. He was very professional and left me with a good feeling about his work. I gave him the job and I am really glad that I did. He even made suggestions on some stuff that I needed that I had not thought of. His price quote was for everything included and they went out of their way to make sure they did everything and that I was satisfied with their work.
I was impressed enough that I would feel safe letting them do a job for me without me being there. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a reroof.
