He fixed it and it works great but it wasn't easy for him to do what he needed to do. HP sent him the wrong drive which obviously delayed the process. He showed terrific persistence in taking care of my problem. He's also extremely personable and friendly. You can count on him taking care of your computer problems.

I took my desktop and laptop computers in on 1/12/15. My desktop had crashed and needed to be cleaned of malware and adware and then be restored ($50). My laptop had a hardware error and found out that it needed a new hard drive ($150). Both estimates were free. The desktop was done in 2 days. The laptop had issues with drivers. Luckily I had made restore disks and the laptop was done in 5 days. This is a husband and wife business. They were very professional and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone needing any repairs or services regarding computers.
