There slogan says they don't DRAIN ur wallet. That is a BIG LIE. They wanted to charge me MORE than DOUBLE what 2 other professional plumbers wanted to charge me to do a simple 5 minute job (which there tech Roy admitted it was a simple 5 minute job) to put a lousy small standing pedestal sink that i had all the parts for. I asked him WHY is he charging more than DOUBLE what 2 other companies are charging. He laughed and said, "I know, but it's not my price, it's what it is showing). I confirmed that's a simple 5 minute job. He laughed and said, "Yeah I know, it's just with everything going on the prices have skyrocketed". For HIM maybe cause the other 2 were reasonable. I have my own supplies except for the trap which i told the lady on the phone. MIND U, this same company messed up a previous job PRIOR to this and i STILL gave them a 2nd chance and called them and see if they would do right by me. NOPE, all about taking advantage of regular people. This is partly why I can't stand dealing with "TRAIT" workers, cause most of them like to ABUSE situations and pricing. I will NEVER hire these people again. If u don't listen to what i'm saying and the same happens to u, then u deserve it for being hard headed and ignoring my warnings. They messed up the 1s job, they now came and over DOUBLE charged for this 2nd job AND didn't fix the previous issue they messed up.

complete morons. they said the jets to my whirlpool tub did not work...but did not check the motor/pump... common mechanical engineering would suggest that in order for the jets to push water out....THE MOTOR WOULD NEED TO TURN ON. These people collected their service call fee, took advantage of my wife being there and not me (she trusted they were actually working and doing the right thing) and said, "your jets are not turning on, we do not know how to fix or diagnose this." I called the company back to get an understanding and they hung up on me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Great, Came on time, and was very able in correcting My Problem. Also very well mannered, and caring. TY for the reference.

The plumber arrived as scheduled, the work was completed quickley. and the price was reasonable. Will definitely call again if have any further need.

Recorded answer when I phoned; phoned another plbr, who came, replaced disposal & left before return call from Sigmond.

The work was excellent. They were great. They called the day of, came out an hour later to give a quote, and were out working an hour after that. They were $500 cheaper than other quotes. They were courteous and prompt and did a really good job.

They wore protection for our health which was very nice. They worked really hard and it took 7 hours for everything to get done. Everything looks really nice. Gave us a military discount.

It was good. They were on time, efficient, got the job done, and they were nice. They had a reasonable price.

It was great. They did it in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. They came in and didn't bother us at all. They got the inspection and permit.

He did a great job. He was very down to earth, nice, business like. Longest time he took was to get the part.
