They sold my home in less then a week. Multiple offers came in and we went with the best offer. The agent said the buyer wanted 3 thousand in closing costs and I agreed to it. At closing the title company said I owed another $2665.00 in closing costs. The agent did not fully explain closing costs to the seller. My agent was Rhonda Cassidy.
