Russell arrived on time. Took out the old disposal and closed off all of the old hoses so there would be no future problems

Good. Unit ordered, delivered and installed professionally and efficiently. This was not surprising as we have used them going on 15 years for various other plumbing repairs.

Jeff (Owner) came and personally surveyed and provided estimate,I liked the fact that the price was fixed and not hourly (no surprises) Russell Arrived on time and made quick work of a tricky installation. He was very personable and I appreciate the fact that he is not only a veteran plumber but also a military veteran. Highly recommend this company.

This was the second time we have used Reliable Construction. The water heater in our house was at least twenty years old and was leaking pretty bad. Called Reliable on Wednesday for an estimate which was about 400 dollars cheaper than another estimate we were given previously. Richard came, same guy from before, and did an excellent job. Was friendly and efficient, as before. Totally happy with the job and the provider.

They came the same day I called them (within 2 hours) and I was very happy with their service. They were prompt and courteous and did a good job. They were very neat as well.

Richard got there and went straight to work. The pipe under the sink was an easy fix. The water line to the washer required a hole to be cut in the wall to get to it, but the hole was as minimal as he could make it and he repaired it afterward. The water pressure to the sink repair might have needed a whole new sink but he was able to get me fixed and running better than it was before.

We have used them to or three times for basic plumbing. We would call them again.

It went very well. Everything is working fine. He did a good job.

Dan showed up went right to work clearing lines, checking lift station. Very thorough trying to find solution
to this ongoing problem in a new house . Finally arrived at bad vent .. Now why didnt the other plumbers find this ?

Reliable Construction and Plumbing is an A in their service, promptness, and professionalism. They came over about 15 minutes from when they were called. I liked their suggestions and advice on how to save me money, so I wouldn't over spend.

Mike showed up at the time he said he would and went right to work. As questions arised while he was working, he took the time to explain to my satisfaction. I watched him install the sink in the garage and again he answered any questions that came up and explained to me what he was doing. Mike was vey professional and courteous, after he installed the sink he cleaned up the area. The whole experience with him was as watching a true professional master craftsman performing his trade. He was on time and estimate. Advised Mike he would always be my first call for all my plumbing needs

They were excellent. He knew exacyly what he was doing and he explained everything before doing it. He replace our disposal without any problems.

He replaced the pvc and fixed my leak. I'm very pleased.

Very Well. I called on a Saturday. Tthe company responded sames day via phone and we set up an appointment for Monday. The men arrived a half hour early on Monday morning. They diagnosed they problem quickly and made the repair. I am having no further problems with the toilet. The men were polite and professional. I will call them again for any future problems.

They were excellent. He was fantastic. The price was $95 plus the part. He did a good job.

We called first thing in the morning and were given an appointment time between 9am -11 am. Greg called at 11 and said he was on his way. He got here a few minutes later and knew right a way what was wrong with the toilet. He replaced the fluid master line. Before he left we asked him to take a look at the handles on the slop sink which leaked from time to time. He was able to reset the handles and correct the problem. All in all he was here about 40 minutes.

From start to finish very professional and prompt. Did his job and was done in 45 minutes

Called for non-emergency job and got very prompt appointment later that day. Repairman arrived slightly ahead of appointment time. He was very courteous and worked right along. Supplied new, top-of-line garbage disposer. Took old unit with him. After job cleanup was not up to standard. Won't hesitate to use this company again. Got good price for job (compared to similar plumbing experience several years back).

Arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. Work was completed quickly and efficiently and clean-up was well done. Would definitely use them again.

Jim was very polite. He explained to my wife what he was going to do and about how long it should take. He fixed the problem within the time frame he said and was very careful in cleaning up the area he was working. What a fantastic job and such a nice man.

We called on Monday. They came on Tuesday, put in the new water heater. Came back on Wednesday to help us with an additional problem which they had not caused.

Jimmy was great and very professional! Will definitely use in the future.
