Had a small leak and called them based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They said I had roof damage and suggested I file with the insurance company. Started a 2 year mess with lawyers and the insurance company. Finally got a settlment but Post got me to sign an assignment of benefits so they are listed on the check. Now Post is demanding the entire settlement amount (96% ) of the cost before they'll even schedule work.
