"William, We understand it is very frustrating when any problem is not fully resolved. As we had mentioned when we arrived to review the area and provide a quote, your pavers did need to be picked up, releveled, and reinstalled in order to correct the multiple settled areas and low spots/dips in your uneven paver walkway along with re-pitching the paver area to allow for the proper drainage. When there are multiple low spots or improper pitch on any surface, installing a drain in the lowest spot, or even a few spots, will not correct the flow of water to reach the drain or even stop pooling in other low and settled areas. Our records state that you had declined our professional opinion to correct the uneven paver walkway properly to rectify the drainage problem, and instead, insisted we only place drains to try and correct the issue. We hope that in any situation you consider the professional input more strongly when completing future projects and utilize their applicable skills and related knowledge to discover the best method to reach your goals. There is no better feeling to us, than having a customer see their projects and visions become a reality. We achieve this through learning and understanding our customers needs and wants then providing quality materials and skilled labor to make their plans a reality. We do not advise cutting corners to get there but of course, we can not go against what the customer tells us to do."

"UPDATED RESPONSE: Maria, We have since corrected the deteriorating sidewalk slab that we had further damaged, as promised. We hope that your area will soon replace the many deteriorating slabs in that area as they appear hazardous and unsightly. At this time, we do not offer a service that could help you to install and replace the needed concrete sidewalk slabs for your area. We recommend reaching out to your HOA to see what steps need to be taken for them to replace those instead of continuing to patch them as they had done in the past. ORIGINAL RESPONSE: Maria, We have contacted you to let you know we are coming out there as soon as possible. As you requested, we squeezed your job into our schedule prior to your original provided start date. It is because of this, that we have not had time to come out to repair the sidewalk, but as promised we are getting there as quickly as possible. The satisfaction and safety of our customers are always very important to us. We did have a phone casualty that left the mainline down, unknowingly, for longer than any business can afford. I hope that you find our caring, family-oriented, and hardworking company worth five stars once we have corrected the sidewalk issue.
