PANZNERS TREE SERVICE

Panzner’s Tree Service just finished removing trees struck by lightning on our property! They did an amazing job! Their entire crew worked together as a cooperative, cohesive team removing the trees, grinding the stumps and cleaning up and hauling away the debris. Their quote was very reasonable and their workmanship professionally done! We gave them 5 stars and would recommend them to family and friends without reservations!!! Excellent!!!

They were really great.  They were reasonable and clean.  They were very prompt.  The workers were really great, in fact we have our security cameras so even if we were not here we were able to watch it afterwards.

Contacted Mr. Panzer for a quote and he came within a couple of days. His quote for the work to be done was very reasonable. He said he could come the following week on Thursday and would check on the date when he got back to his office. We did not hear back from him for a confirmation so we called two day before he was to come. We left a message, but did not get a call back. However, Mr. Panzer and his crew came on Thursday bright and early. He had a large crew with him and they worked quickly and efficiently getting the large oak down and the other work done. We were initially satisfied with the completed work. Mr. Panzer stated that none of the sprinkler system had been damaged from their work. This turned out not to be true: the pipe was cut through at both locations where the trees were removed and two sprinklers were damaged. We had anticipated that damage to the sprinkler system was more than likely to happen and were not too upset about it-just wondered why they denied the damage. Also, quite a large mound of dirt/sawdust was left where the large oak tree had been. As this mound was cleared away, we noticed that a large section of the tree trunk/root had not been ground down. Over three feet of the root was sticking out above ground level making it impossible for us to smooth out the area and lay down sod. We contacted Mr. Panzer's office , approximately 1 week after the initial job was done, and were told that their stump grinder was broken and they would get back to us. Over two weeks later we had yet to hear back from them, so we called again. This was on a Monday. We got ahold of the office and were told that Mr. Panzer had been on vacation and he would get our message. Thursday came around without hearing from Mr. Panzer, so we called the office again. No one answered and we decided not to leave a message as we were finished trying to get the work done through them. It had been a month with us being unable to do anything with our torn-up front yard. We contacted another tree company and they came out and did the job that afternoon. It wasn't half an hour after this company left that Mr. Panzer's office called and said that they would be in our area the next Monday and could work on the stump. They were told how displeased we were at the situation and they seemed surprised that we unhappy with their work. Timely communication with the customer and response to concerns is very lacking with this company.

It went wonderful. He cleaned up everything perfectly. He was very personable, friendly, and professional.

Arrived, started right to work, cleaned up and left.

HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB HAULING EVERYTHING AWAY and CLEANING UP, BUT HIS PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS. HE DID NOT STICK TO HIS PRICE ESTIMATE and WE PAID A LOT MORE THAN WE THOUGH WE SHOULD HAVE.
