He is a very, very nice man. I feel like he is very honest. His price was incredibly reasonable as well. There have been absolutely no problems with the quality of the work. He informed us that if what he did, did not fix the problem he would come back and try something else without charging us. When he came in for the appointment, he did not talk down to me because I am a woman, instead he explained the filtration process, and actually showed me how everything works. I didn't feel like I was ever getting ripped off. I was very pleased with the whole experience
