The owner of the business came out on very short notice and personally did the work himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick !

For the first time in my entire life, I lost my car keys - fortunately, I use a separatable key chain and only lost the keys for the car, but in the middle of my workday I was locked out of my car and unable to go to my next appointment. The customer I was visiting at the time was gracious enough to let me use her computer, and I checked the list for a locksmith in the Spring Hill area. The only listing for the area was a company that uses subs for their labor, and since I'm a firm believer in taking care of customers personally, I took a minute to look elsewhere. I looked in the SuperPages online and found Meyer Locksmith. I called and he answered right away (in these times, we kind of expect voicemail), and he said he would personally handle my situation which helped convince me to hire him. Chris understood the nature of my emergency and though he was on another job, he arrived at my location in only about an hour and fifteen minutes. He has these little gadgets that help him make a key from the door lock, and since my car is a little older and doesn't have the chip in the key, it wasn't as expensive as it could have been. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything I asked about, and was courteous and respectful in doing his work. I would recommend him to anyone - he did a great job when I needed it most and treated me as I treat my customers, as we all would like to be treated.
