"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry we couldn't do the tune up for you and fix the pressure problems your having but it definitely wouldn't have helped. Water Softeners are something we take very seriously as there are multiple brands/companies that produce multiple warranty issues which ends up being a huge headache for the customer and a nightmare for a company so we only offer the best and give the best warranties. The softener you were quoted comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty and is the best on the market right now by far. Since we were at your home in November we have had feedback from other customers about adding another option that is less expensive and we have done that. If you'd like us to reach out to you and discuss that option let me know. Unfortunately you do have to go through Angie's List for the refund since we weren't able to help but if you experience any problems at all we would be more than willing to help in any capacity we can.
