Martinez Appliance Repair

If you need appliance repair, they come no better than Carlos Martinez. Late last night I discovered my refrigerator was very hot to the touch, top and sides, especially around the freezer. Carlos had fixed my washer a couple of months ago (works perfectly now), so I called & left a message at 10pm. He called first thing this morning, and although his day was full, managed to squeeze this repair in-between the others. Had it fixed within an hour. Professional, reliable, reasonably priced and prompt… plus a genuinely nice guy!

mr. martinez and his "specialist" diagnosed the problem that i explained to them on the phone. they promised us a next day call to quote the part and installation price, no call back. i called them 2 days later & got a high price quote. we told them "no thanks".

Carlos diagnosed and efficiently took care of the problem. Refrigerant was off balance with the thermostat settings. He was quick, and knowledgeable. Very professional service.

My dishwasher was not properly drying dishes.  Carlos confirmed that the dishwasher needed a repair but it would be more expensive than buying a new one.  He promised to buy and install a new dishwasher.  I never heard back. In the absence of a reasonable explanation, I would not use this vendor again or recommend him.

This is the second time we used his services. Both times we were very happy with his extra effort. I would highly recommend his services.

I called him at 3pm and he was able to stop by on his way home from another job. It took him only a couple of minutes to figure out the problem which he was able to fix on the spot.

It was not installed properly and he broke the knob on the back of the machine. Now it doesn't have enough cold water come in, to bring it to the proper level. He didn't know what he was doing. He didn't even know how to turn off the water to the house to install it. He didn't show up at the right times to right times to try and fix the problem. We thought he was nice at first. But he kept promising things to us that he has never delivered. He provided a warranty, but who knows if it's worth anything?

He could not repair our microwave, but he did get a mircrowave going that we had sitting in the garage. It needed a fuse. So then we had a microwave again.

He put a new cord and belt on it. It has worked fantastic ever since. He is phenomenal. He's got a great personality and he bends over backwards for me.

Overall, we were quite happy we chose Carlos. He was pleasant, helpful and most of all honest. Thanks Carlos!

He is phenomenal. If you need any appliance work done you should call Carlos. He is honest as honest can be. He is also great to have around, he is very friendly and keeps you laughing. My dishwasher is over 20 years old and Carlos keeps it running. He bends over backward to ensure that the work is done correctly the first time. He will always take the time to finish the work properly. I have had over 30 different appliance repair companies work for me before, but Carlos is the only one I would recommend. He truely wants to do a good job for you!
