This was our first home-buying experience, and I can't imagine it going any smoother. I had tons of questions throughout the process for Mark and Maggie, and they were very responsive with their answers. When I first contacted them, I asked who they would recommend for a pre-approval and they gave me the information of a reputable company. Later, they contacted me and advised that I go with a different company because the one they original referred me to had been dropping the ball lately. They didn't have to go out of their way to contact me or tell me that information, but they did anyway. There are so many people that are involved in the home-buying process, but I'm sure that Mark and Maggie are the main reason everything went so smoothly for us. What I liked most about them is that they were honest with us and never pushed us toward something we weren't comfortable with. They understood what we were looking for and were more than willing to keep showing us home after home. In fact, the first home we ever saw in person with them, Mark said to us before we even walked in, "Unless they made major updates to this house, you don't want it." As much as a bummer that was to hear, he was 100% correct, and he would have hated to see us in a home that would cause us major problems down the road.

Marc provided outstanding service, good selection of homes to examine, and is an excellent information resource when it comes to property to be considered. He is very familiar with the areas visited, quality of the homes in the areas, any shortcomings that should be kept in mind, and so forth.  We could not be happier with his assistance.  He really exceeded expectations.

Mark assessed the value of a single-family home for me.  He suggested a selling price and listed the home for sale in print and electronically.  He was thorough and diligent in all the work he undertook on my behalf.  He found a buyer in a reasonable time-frame and completed the sale to my satisfaction.  He really was a pleasure to work with.

Mark Marcotte has the patience of a saint? He showed me numerous properties in the area that fit what I was looking for... And then I would change my mind and want to look for something different. Mark has a wonderful personality, he is professional, personable, has knowledge of his job and of the area he services. I have no idea how this man did not strangle me out of frustration for all the running around I made him do to find me the perfect place to live. Several months after I purchased my Villa, I called Mark again for advice on selling and/or renting a home that belonged to my mom. Again, Mark had the answers and the sage advice required to do the right thing that would best suit our situation. Mark Marcotte is definitely the man you need to call for ALL your Real Estate needs!!

Mark was truly a blessing! We had two realtors prior to him, one seemed to fall off the face of the Earth, and the other had no clue about Hernando county. With the previous realtor, we had put offers on two houses that ended up appraising way lower than the asking price. Due to having a VA loan and needing the higher appraisal, we lost out on both of those houses. At this point we had already sold out home in Cincinnati & we're living with my spouses parents. We were basically homeless due to the lack of knowledge of our previous realtors. We found Mark by chance on Zillow, he called us right away and was very confident he could help us. With Mark, we went through one house, fell in love with it, and due to Mark's knowledge of the housing market in Hernando county, the house appraised for the asking price. A month later we were in our new home. Mark was very helpful through the whole process & his knowledge of the Spring Hill area was unbelievably helpful! My parents recently moved down here from Ohio, and of course I recommended they use Mark! Their experience has also been very positive.

They were professional and prompt with everything they did.  Mark was helpful in showing us all the homes that were of interest to us and getting us through the process.  Maggie was sure to be at the closing with us to answer any questions we had about the final purchase.  We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home or property in the Hernando County area.  They are very knowledgeable about the area and what the current market conditions are for buying or for selling.

He and his wife went above and beyond what most agents would do. Our move was from out of state and more difficult than an in state move. This was our 6th home purchase and they are high on the list of agents we have worked with . They are like family.

They treated my wife and I like we were part of the family, as if they were helping their own children buy a house. During the entire experience of buying our home, not one time did my wife and I feel uncomfortable, as Mr. and Mrs. Marcotte were always there to put our minds at ease.
