Nathan was awesome! He was on time and got everything done in a short amount of time. He took away the old vanity. It looks great. I would hire them again for any of my plumbing needs. .

Guys were punctual and professional. They also gave a quick overview of the faucets functions. Great job!

They did a good job for us. They continue to do many jobs for us.

The man that came out to do the work took about three hours, he was prompt. He cleaned up after himself, and he had to do a little extra work.

When they came out here they said they only install a water heater that is the same size as the one they were replacing. This one was bigger so we said if you can't install it,take it back to Lowes and we will find a plumber that can. He said oh no he could do it, so he goes ahead and installs it and we end up with two leaks. The inspector comes out to inspect it and says it's wrong and will have to be fixed. We called Major and they said it's not our fault, we will come back out but we are going to charge you $100. So they came back out and charged us $100 to fix their mistake and now we have 3 leaks. They refuse to make it right, saying they are not liable. So we refuse to use them again. I have already sent notice to Lowes that we won't buy anything from them again that has to be installed because the plumbers won't honor their work. Major Plumbing pulled the pipes away from the wall. There is a deep crease in the copper pipe and we are going to have to replace some of the copper.
