While the business owner was cleaning the carpet I had to listen to his war stories. When he "finished" I saw that the carpet was still visibly dirty, I asked if he was finished then pointed out the still soiled areas. He stated that it was the carpet nap and nothing could be done about it. It was not the nap it was dirt. His streatching job has to be redone also.
