We had them come out to get an estimate, they were great! When It came to scheduling to have a $4000.00 job done they would not give me a day and started texting, not calling, to say we are coming tomorrow or we are coming this morning. No advanced notice! I couldn't get them to actually commit to a day! Really strange!! I get a text they are coming that morning. I need to mark off our septic tank and prepare the back yard. I call and a woman answers from the texting number who is very defensive, acts like she doesn't know anything, although she is the secretary, and suddenly somehow knows we are scheduled for that day. Magic!!! They state they took us off the schedule all together. My husband and I decide we didn't need to do business with people who can't communicate and can't be courteous and understand paying people don't sit around all day waiting with bated breath for when they may or may not come to do the work!!! We cancelled the job all together and I got a THUMBS UP!! I would have still considered having them do the job if it hadn't been for the interaction with his wife, excuse me, "secretary". Yeah, not very classy but I don't think they really care!!

Jon visited first, inspecting trees and giving expert opinions on preferred methods. There was no charge for that service. Prices were reasonable and the crews were promptly on time. They were polite, professional, efficient and expedient. We recommend this service and will not hesitate to refer them to others or use them again ourselves.

My husband called and arranged a time for an estimator to come out and look at the job. First red flag was they said they could send someone right out. We asked for them to call before arriving as my husband was running out and I had worked overnight the night before. A man rang our doorbell shortly after my husband left and I was sound asleep. Scared the daylights out of me, as we are far off the main road and no one just comes up and rings the bell. He handed me a card and told him my husband wasn't there. He acted very put off. The next day we tried again, with my husband telling them multiple times when he would be here. The next time he came with his wife to write down what he was going to do. Very unprofessional and vague about the project. While his price was right, we weren't comfortable with giving them the job.

After my good experience last year, I called this company again and asked them if they could prune our peach tree, explaining that we did not know how to do it.  The owner's immediate response was that if we wanted to know how to prune the tree, we could go online to find out.  I asked if he wanted the work, and he asked if we had any other trees that needed attention.  I then said that the palm they trimmed last year could use it again.  He said he could come, and then I scheduled them for the next day.  After thinking more abut it, I realized that I was really offended by the owner's lack of professionalism in telling me to go online.  So, I called him back and cancelled the appointment.  I will not use this service again; he obviously did not want the work.

All went very well. The team arrived early to complete the work.  They worked efficiently and with care while taking down the trees.  They cleaned up after themselves.  Also they pruned a couple of small trees without adding more to the quoted price - I made sure to ask for this to be done before they started!!!

I had two tall and dead pine trees removed at the rear of my property. The young men he sent to take the trees down did good work but took too many chances with their eyes and ears. They were convinced that ear and eye protection impedes their ability to communicate and are  completely unnecessary. Their father is the Company owner and thinks the same way. They work very quickly but take too many chances for the sake of speed. I one instance when the very large trees over hung the adjacent houses Dad did provide the supervision. In my case I had to leave home before the job was complete and they left too large trash containers of debris in the yard. They didn't bring their own trash container to police the area  and ask to borrow one of mine. When I arrive home after they had left the wheels were missing from the trash can they borrowed. This was brought to the Company's Owner and completely ignored it.

It was great. We have used Tree Service since 1/2008 when we first moved to FL. Mark has been great every time. We have also had weeding done and what a fantastic job. We have used Tree Service at least 6 times.

Arrived on time. Custom trimmed every limb I pointed out in the manner I wanted it trimmed. They even climbed the tree to get one item I wanted done. Finished in about 1.5 hours and then cleaned up the mess. Looked great when they left. They gave me a quote for taking another large limb off of another tree that is in danger of falling on the house some day. We are tree lovers and want I trees preserved as best they can be. They did exactly what I asked them to do a did not seem to mind me telling them specifically how and where to cut the limbs off that I wanted removed. The quote for the future work sounds reasonable($75)and I will probably have them come back to tackle that job in the future.
