I had to call call this company twice before they finally called me back. We agreed to meet on Thursday 07/ 16/09 at my home for an estimate on my lawn and he would phone me with an exact time. I drove an hour and half to meet this person. They did not call me. They did not even show up.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH J & A HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY PERFORM THEIR WORK WELL, ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL AND WILLING TO DO EXTRA WORK AS NEEDED SINCE I AM A WIDOW.
