Initial work was done okay, major communication issues with language bearer. Once initial work completed they had to come out with low spots in first year. After that added to pool patio and sealed. They applied Xylene based sealer when pool was empty being resurfaced. It ran down the walls of new surface. This was never really fixed or I wasn’t compensated for the damage done. After about 3 years driveway failed. Curb/ footer cracked and pavers fell apart; major low spots and depressions throughout. Tried and tried getting owner Gerlacy to come back out to fix or repair. Stopped responding, blocked calls and texted. Origjnal cost $9k; just spent $3k repairing his work in less than 4 years. Do Not Use IDS Pavers Installation Inc out of Springhill Florida. Not good with communication, workmanship more, stands behind work poor, integrity lacking !!!

Perfect. Did a beautiful job, went the extra to make repairs, took his time to be sure everything was just right. Was on time, very professional, did everything and more that he agreed to do. The result is absolutely beautiful. His price was the best in this area.
