There were some odd things, we had the whole one floor carpeted including the bedroom but we didn’t have the kitchen included and he thinks they included the kitchen. They did give him a little bit of a refund. They were very helpful in the store. We had one lady that helped us with the carpet, told us a lot of information about that and helped us pick out a color and all that. We did look around some and they had a big selection. They got my address wrong and the poor people that were supposed to come and measure went up and down the street because they couldn’t find the address. They didn’t get here until almost three o’clock.

The bill came to $647. Home Depot called me about it and I said I was very unhappy about those charges. It was three times what it should have been. This bill was from the local electrician. I have already complained to Home Depot about it. The man from the local electrician was very nice, but in Florida their employers demand that these people pressure people to increase their sales. I would say it was the employer that was the problem and not the man who actually did the work. I really don't have a fault with the man who did the work, but I know he was probably following what was mandated by his employer. I really expected Home Depot to call me back and talk further about it and actually offer me a refund. But I have not heard a word from them. They hooked two wires to one master circuit breaker, which is illegal. He pointed it out and that was true. I said he should undo one of those wires and put in another single circuit breaker. He turned around and put in a double circuit breaker and charged me $212 for that double circuit breaker. Home Depot called and did a follow up and I really expected to hear back from them because it should not have cost $647 to put up two ceiling lights. I am kind of surprised by that. The lights cost $40.

I'm perfectly happy with the cabinets. The quality is good, and the installation gentleman was very good and very nice. His name was Walter. They had competitive pricing.

I have no problem with the company. The individual came out, we discussed the different prices and what they can do with the roof then I can a ten year warranty. The salesperson was very nice, prompt and courteous. They were here when they said they will be here. Bottom line is what the customer will pay. It is unfortunate for these large companies to charge somebody an exuberant amount of money for something you can get from a reliable roofer for maybe 20 or 30% less of money.

The staff is knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive.
