My wife called to have them come out and look at our SUV to see why the car was leaking. The Glass Doctor set up a time and was all about helping, they were even going to send their best technician to analyze the problem. The technician showed up on time and was professional but, the problem started when he was starting to take the windshield out without talking to my wife. The tech asked my wife where was the crack in the windshield. My wife told him we didn't have one and we weren't even sure if the leak involved the windshield. He then said his boss was going to kill him if he didn't install this windshield today. The tech called his boss, who exploded, telling him he better install that windshield. He then called my wife on our house phone and was asking why we weren't installing the windshield today. She reiterated that all we wanted was someone to look at the car and tell us why it was leaking, we never asked for a new windshield. She went back out to see the tech who at this time had diagnosed the leak as the sunroof and not the windshield. The tech at that time said he would not install the windshield as that would not fix the problem. In talking with him, my wife said she heard from his boss that he was the best tech. To that he said, that's surprising, I have only been here three weeks. He also can't understand why the business operates under three different names. While outside, the tech's boss left a message on our home phone calling my wife spineless for not answering the phone and telling us that we wasted his time as he had to send someone to Ocala and back for that windshield. He refrained from using profanity on the phone but, it was a very belligerent and frustrating, telling us we wasted his time and how he had people running all over to get parts and he turned down other jobs to take ours and so on. Overall, this was a horrible experience with someone that we will never deal with again. There is only one reason that you would operate under more than one name. I would never recommend these people.
Description of Work: They were called to analyze a leak in our SUV. They tried to swap out our windshield that was not the problem.
