countertops
+ -1 moreIt went horribly! He was here for 4 to 4 1/2 days. The countertops turned out a bright yellow, and it was very upsetting. He knew he messed up, and he knew I was unhappy. He told me to "live with it" for a while, thinking I might change my mind. We lived with it 6 months and we decided that it was just unacceptable. He said he could redo the job, but it would cost us more money, which we didn't want to give him. We went to court to reach an agreement, but he never showed up. We won the case, and he is now in contempt of court. The courts sided with us 2 times. It's unfortunate, but we are now chalking it up as a loss. He was rude, arrogant and difficult to work with. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: He is supposed to do an epoxy overlay on the kitchen countertops.
