When called initially, Lou responded almost immediately and was professional and seemed knowledgeable. Our shed was damaged in Hurricane Milton and was advised that they were able to assist. I had to go to doctors appointment on day of repair. Window was broken by Fiore and they have not returned phone call and I have been calling consistently for 2 weeks.

It didn t go well because the contractor didn t tack the piece of tin down on my roof, he cracked my shed window and he left the trash on the side of my shed

He came round to our address on Monday 4th Nov to assess the work/materials required. He estimated 3 days to complete the job. Day 1 to remove old fence panels. Day 2 Install new posts. Day 3 attach new fence panels to new fence posts. He quoted $1880.00 and required half up front to purchase the materials which included 8 posts. He arrived on Tuesday 5 Nov mid-morning to start the work. He removed the old fence panels and placed the new panels in position, nailed to the old posts. I thought it was a strange thing to do. He asked for the balance of the money then and I gave him a check which was a stupid thing to do. He was supposed to come the next day to install the new posts but he didn't materialize. I called him and he said he was stuck on another job and would come the next day (Thursday) to finish the job. I told him we wanted to be home when he came and that we would be out until about 11 am. When we arrived home he wasn't there and nothing seemed to have changed. I texted him asking when he was coming to finish the job. He replied that he came at 10 am and finished the job. Knowing we would not be home to query anything. I phoned and texted him several times that day asking where the 8 new posts were and to address the shoddy work with nails poking through the fence and it being wobbly. He hasn't responded to any unprofessional thing. This man is a Con Man, a Cowboy, and a thief. BTW our old fence was 17 years old and the wood was pretty rotten including the posts which are now holding up the new fence panels. I do not want to have to purchase new posts and pay someone else to dig up the old rotten ones and then install new ones. We would like Lou Fiore to come around with 8 new posts (which I've already paid for), remove the fence panels, dig up the old posts, install the new posts, and attach the new fence panels. This was what was agreed upon and was what I paid him to do.

They were an awesome team they were so sufficient on time. Never missed a text message from me always answer back. We definitely call them again.

Lou Fiore was WONDERFUL! On time. VERY pleasant and accurate. He hung up curtains and rods, and pictures through out my apt., moved heavy furniture to access plug since I just moved in. Replaced a toilet seat. Hung shower rod and curtain. Replaced shower head. He did a perfect job and price was reasonable. I will call him again for any type of handyman job and recommend the same to others. He also will do landscaping, house painting and more. Gratefully, JOHN MAHONEY (I am confined to a wheel chair)
