Absolutely the best electrical contractor I have ever dealt with. I got three quotes Faulkner was the cheapest, was able to get me scheduled in one week and top notch quality work. Abby is extremely knowledgeable a very professional. The electricians were on time know their stuff, very courageous and friendly. Would highly recommend this contractor for any electrical work!

Billy and his team did a terrific job. Lots of work needed to be done as this was for a foreclosed property that was neglected for a long time. Everything from replacing the fuse box panel to adding the microwave line to adding GFCIs, fans, the range outlet replacement and more, had to be done. Working with Valerie for scheduling was also a pleasure.

They were very good. Probably 3 people came to complete the services. It was definitely good work. They did good. They left the area perfect when they were finished.

The Day that this service was scheduled Billy called 30 min before arriving as requested.  Arrived on time ready to work on the entire house.  We had previously hired Billy to fix a light fixture and found the wiring was burned pretty badly.  Billy corrected the problem and installed a new Fixture.  I then set up this appointment for his company to inspect and make the necessary corrections for the entire house.  This requires that every electric outlet, switch, lights or any other location that there is a device connected to be opened and the device changed and Alumaconns to be added to aluminum wiring with Copper pigtails.  This is the service that Faulkner Electric did for us.  They were professional and made sure each area they worked in was cleaned and all furniture was moved back in place upon completion.  Could not ask for a nicer person to be working in the house.  Billy completed the job and provided us with a letter that would meet Citizens Insurance Requirements. 
I had ordered all needed switches and Alumaconns needed for this job.  Billy was happy to use what i provided. Glad this was done as we found several outlets that were burned from over heating Aluminum wiring.

Billy and his helper were very professional, worked very efficiently and cleaned up after the repairs were complete.  I will be calling Billy back for all future work on this house and recommend him to contractors we work with in the future.

We have used Faulkner Elec. for many years.  They have always been on time, do great work and are reasonably priced.  Billy and Justin had to install the ceiling fans from scratch since my condo did not have pre-wiring and did and excellent job.  They were clean and neat and a pleasure to deal with.  Billy recently took over the business from his parents who ran it for 40 years.  He is doing them proud and I'm happy that his parents are now running the office, they're lovely people.

GFCI protected outlets in all 4 bathrooms were out due to hit from lightning or power surge. This was in addition to damage we suffered to air conditioner, numerous appliances and electronic components. The main electrical panel suffered no damage.
Bill and his son Billy arrived exactly when they said they would be here, a very good sign of things to come. They were both friendly and professional. I explained in detail what damages in total we had due to the storm. Some of our damages were covered under other warranties, etc. We needed Faulkner Electric to check, test and troubleshoot the dwelling electrical panel and wiring to get the inoperable outlets back working and to ensure there were no shock or fire hazards within the home.
I immediately could tell these guys were experienced and were there to help us out of a jam. They started right in at the main panel and then the GFCI outlets located in the garage. I advised that I had found a GFCI receptacle in the garage damaged and I had already replaced it, after the storm. That receptacle was now working, but it did not correct the problems in the bathrooms. We all knew the bathrooms were 'downstream' protected by a GFCI located elsewhere in the home. Billy confirmed I had installed the new GFCI unit in the garage correctly. I then directed them to each bathroom where they tested and confirmed those outlets were out.
They concentrated on one outlet in the fourth bathroom, hooking a meter up to it several times. They then focused on another outlet in the garage and another in the third bathroom.
Ultimately, they resolved the problems and gave all electrical systems a green light. Everything was working properly and safely with no hazards.
I was impressed how quickly they worked and without the impression they were trying to run up the bill. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised when they advised their bill would be $105! It was very, very fair and worth every penny. We now feel confident our home has no electrical issues.

The job went very well. They diagnosed on a Monday and were back the next afternoon to install, as promised.
