Everything Clean cleaning service

Did a pretty goid job. Forgot some areas. Charged mire than quoted on phone. (quoted $80 paid $140 but i am okay with that. I am not okay with the things they stole) 3 girls cleaned. After they left things turned up missing: trash bags, dust pan, ALL OUR DAUGHTERS CLINIQUE CLENSERS & HER CLINIQUE GREEN TEA MOISTURIZER. Yes we looked it's not moved its gone! Sarah, the owner who was not present, defended her crew. Said they wouldn't do that, they are bonded. I won't hire them again.Its a real shame. I would have called them again. I really get busy & needed some help. Also, I am a Realtor & would have referred them to people. I now have a different opinion of them. Beware. This was the post I made: PSA: We used "Everything Clean, Cleaning service." They left a girl in my home for 4 1/2 hours that was high on drugs to the point that my ELEVEN YEAR OLD noticed!!! They definitely cleaned my oven & wiped down my counter tops. My floors, showers, blinds and furniture looked untouched! "EVERYTHING" was supposed to be clean! I was very specific on what needed to be done and I was told that everything would be done. I questioned the low price she quoted to make sure that included everything, I would have paid whatever she quoted. The owner arrived at my home late, with three girls, stayed for roughly 1 hour, told my husband she had to go and would be back to pick up the one girl that she was leaving behind But she takes payment before she leaves, so my husband paid her. She did not come back for another 4 1/2 hours to pick up the girl that she left in my home high on drugs. This was the day before Easter and it held everybody up all day she originally told me that she would only be at my home for two hours this turned into roughly 5 1/2 hours plus she showed up an hour late! My home should have been SPARKLING ✨ considering the amount of time they were there. My husband planned his day accordingly & had places to be resulting in having to get someone to sit in the house all day. They wanted to tell her to leave AND SHOULD HAVE but felt uncomfortable because she was left there without a car!!! I had family and friends stop by throughout the day nobody that witnessed the condition of this girl & my home and were appalled! When I contacted the owner that evening she offered to come back in the morning which was Easter morning, I said no thank you we have family coming. Then she told me she can assure me the girl was not high on drugs because she drug tests. Then her concern became more about the time that the girl left which I found odd considering she dropped her off and picked her up! Very unprofessional! I've never had anyone clean my home before so I did not know the prices. I questioned what her price included because I did feel that her price was extremely low! But that is what she quoted me. I wasn't trying to negotiate a price I strictly stated what I needed done and that is the price she gave me! I feel beyond words violated! I wouldn't allow these people in my home for free!

amazing, my two rooms was so dirty i couldn't even see the floor (thanks to my kids) but after the services was done i couldn't believe how clean my house could really get. really great customer service they listen to everything i wanted to get done. Thank you so much!!!!!

awesome these ladies came in went straight to work and got done sooner than expected. I thought they did a horrible job due to how fast they work but NOPE, everything was done properly and to my wife's standards. I respect the fact that they didn't take their sweet time just to charge me more but not at all. the owner is very professional and very attentive to detail.
