"Our office apologies that you are not satisfied with your recent service call. We made our best efforts to contact you right away to go over your experience and assured you that if the thermostat was not working that we would send someone out at no additional charge. We also received an update since we last spoke from the on-site electrician: Per Ken, the replacement thermostat that was purchased was a standard 5 wire system. The existing thermostat was a digital 2 wire system (not standard) He had to by-pass the transmitter, re-wire (for 5 wire), and install the replacement thermostat. He said it did take longer than he anticipated. Had it been the same wiring set up he stated he would have been onsite for less than 30 minutes.The three hour window to complete the installation was provided by Amazon, however we did not intend for it to take as long. Installation time frames can vary. We apologize for any inconvenience."
