Severed my phone line, then told me to call the phone company and left. Used a chemical on my brand new windows that left a film that wouldn't come off, when contacted he told me to 'try vinegar'....which also didn't work. Later I noticed streaks in the paint that you could only see from a certain angle, called multiple times and was ignored. Most unprofessional contractor I've ever interfaced with.
