I gave him a $500 for future job material and supposed to come back after I gave the money for the materials but he did not showed up I paid $400 for 2 hours work and $500 for materials in one check. Keep on texting and calling him but not answering until 3 weeks week ago he finally pick up and he told me that he will call me back to arrange the schedule. I did speak to him on April and did an appointment on May 17 and never showed up. 2 scheduled he supposed to come but he did not.

I have had the fortunate experience of having this company do handi-man work for me twice. First time was several months ago. I had a very bad handi-man come to install a dimmer switch for my dining room ceiling light. After he left I was feeling electrical shocks and I knew it was a fire/electrocution hazzard. The handi-man was no where to be found. I logged on to Angi's List and Devon's HomeProcontacted me right away. It was close to 6:00 pm. Devon came right away and fixed the problem. Recently I contacted Angi's List again and when the handi-man showed up it was Devon again and I was happy. I had a garage door opener installed the day before and had no electrical outlet in my garage. He had to climb up into a small, very hot space in my garage ceiling. The whole job was a lot of work, saved me money and done beautifully. I also had shelf repair issues inside the house that I made a debacle of and could never fix myself. He fixed them. Devon was as nice and accommodating as the first time he came. He finished all of the work in a timely manner. I asked him what it would cost to install an outlet in my 3-season room with a switch inside so that I can turn my clear decortive lights from inside the house. I knew it would cost hundreds of dollars which I did not want to spend. Once again Devon came through with a brilliant solution, no out of pocket. Thank you Devon's Home Pro Service LLC. You're awesome! I will highly recommend them to others and will call them again in the future.

Let's just say this didn't go as planned...which made me appreciate Devon's Home Pro Service even more. This was supposed to a 'basic' wrap-around porch screen install...and replacing shower caulk with grout. But when you have an older home that was a rental prior to near-recent purchase, expect the unexpected. The porch screen install...discovered completely rotted through cedar support posts(!). The bathroom grout job ended up with tiles going right through the wall due to failed former seals and mold. The posts needed to be removed and replaced before anything further could happen. The entire shower needed to be redone (retiled, mold/moisture treated, and I opted for new bath hardware). Yes, it doubled the price of the job. But Devon saved me from so much more additional costs and headache by tackling them ASAP and the right way. I couldn't believe his confidence and professionalism in both conveying and addressing these serious issues. I am in awe he corrected the post support problem in but a few hours. Specifically, he located, installed and painted the new cedar posts THAT DAY. Helped me save money on materials for the new bathroom shower on subsequent. And even with a big job booked for later that week, he moved everything over to ensure our home was ready for use and given proper attention. He then returned when an opening occurred in his schedule to fix a rotted exterior panel just above the porch, put literal finishing touches on paint and other cosmetic items. In short: Devon (and his business partner Alan) are absolute professionals, through and through. They were meticulous with every task, cleaned up wonderfully after themselves, and operated with utmost professionalism throughout. They problem solved at difficult moments, worked diligently but not too expediently, and clearly take pride in their work.

Horrible. He agreed to do the work for us. He was late to site. He was faced with an imperfect environment that my tenants placed him in, and I did apologize for that. But he switched out the wrong thermostat, out the original back in when I told him it was the incorrect one. When I told him I still needed the work done in the correct thermostat. He seemed displeased. Didn’t listen very well, seemed like when I was speaking to him in the phone he was distracted and speaking to someone else. Probably why he didn’t know which thermostat to change out. Finally put hands on the correct thermostat and called to tell me he couldn’t do it because the problem was elsewhere, when I asked him to still change it out he advised me he had already left because he was upset and frustrated and just wanted to leave to have dinner since he would not make any money from the job because he would not charge me for anything. I offered to pay him at least $50 for his time. When we called our AC company to check in the issue. They told us, a fuse had been blown from someone and the thermostat wiring was very loose and some wires were not even connected. I had to pay an extra $150 because of the handyman. This handyman blew up my phone the next day about the money I said I would pay him as a courtesy and he even went in to call my tenant and request money from them as well-line crossed. So I only paid him $25 when in reality I shouldn’t have paid him anything. Very sloppy guy and very lazy work. I would never hire him again. Cost me more in the long run.

Devon was amazing! He did the home tasks I have been trying to get done quickly and efficiently. He was great about not rushing through the projects and ensuring that it was done the way I had planned. I will absolutely have him help me with future projects in my home and would recommend to my friends in the area. He truly made my house feel like a home!

All repairs were done in an excellent manner. Devon fixed the shower curtain rod better than it was originally by affixing one end in a stud and anchoring the other end securely. Additionally, Devon conducted the repairs the same day I called him. The price for the repairs was very reasonable. Devon and his assistant, Matt, were courteous and efficient. I will definitely be calling them for any future needed repairs and/or maintenance.

Built closet, not a good job. Hung shelf, made extra holes in wall. Doors were not even when put in. We did painting. We supplied tile and grout. I had to go over both bathrooms and fill in grout. Tile not cut correctly where toilets sit. Sloppy job. Enough said.

All of their work was completed to my upmost satisfaction. They used great judgment to ensure their work was done correctly and explained their processes and anything that needed to be changed with the plans. Their impressive workmanship demonstrated profound expertise with their in-depth knowledge and skills along with a high level of professionalism and respect. They were able to take advantage of their resources and tools available and demonstrated determination and commitment to complete the assigned task. The team was able to work well in problem-solving situations to resolve and minimize problems by addressing them in early stages. The team also provided adequate alternative solutions. I will continue to use their services due to their vast experience and great customer service from the owner, office staff, and workers.

Devon and crew were efficient, pleasant, and polite, and the price was definitely fair. Would hire again, and am already planning some additional projects.

Devin does excellent work. I have used Devon on 2 occasions. He installed hardwood flooring downstairs in my 2 story home and his work is the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the baseboards and the overall workmanship. I would definitely recommend Devon for any job. He recently bailed me out of a jam at 11pm the night before Easter without any hesitation. I called him to get advice on an issue with my sink and instead of pushing me off like most would have he jumped right up and saved my Easter holiday by installing a new kitchen faucet. This young man truly cars for all of his customers.

Install went good. Doors look great. Reasonably priced and exceeded expectations. Left everything clean as it was before the job.

My front back door frame was chewed up by our dog. Devons Home Pro replaced the wood and skillfilly repaired a section of the door frame without having to actually tear out the wood and replace. Looks great! He also fixed part of my kitchen cabinet, removed and resiliconed behind the sink, painted my front door and did touch up paint around the house. Everything looks great and no mess was left behind.

Devon and his crew were professional, respectful and most of all the quality of work done was excellent. Devon worked through some unexpected challenges with the project, while trying to keep our cost down. We are so appreciative to have our new bathroom, It’s gorgeous!
