It took a long time to do this all and do it correctly. Someone less professional or personable would have made it an uncomfortable situation, since he was in our house almost daily for more than a week. He came every day, worked until he'd done all he could, and came back as soon as he was able to continue. He was helpful and made suggestions when we needed them. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and his work.
