Daniel Vitale Pool Service

Daniel and his wife came to look at the pool equipment. Very nice people. He inspected the pool equipment and found that there was a leak that could not be repaired. THe equipment is the original 23 years old except for motor which is 5 years. He told me the cost and said I did not have to do it right away. He tried the vacuum and got to work better. Explained the valves to me and made helpful suggestions. They did not charge me for any of that customer service. I was impressed with his knowledge about the whole pool system. When I get ready to replace I will definitely call them.

This was the worse pool cleaner we ever had. Every time he cleaned he would knock to tell us what he wanted us to do to our lanai or pool. Not things that needed to be done just things he wanted. He complained the pool wasn't clean enough. We hired him to do the cleaning. He never did it. All he wanted to do was chemicals and leave. The owner is very rude and argumentative and has no respect for his clients.
