Tony found the problem very quickly and also did a system diagnostic to make sure everything was up to speed.

Crosspoint is great! Very friendly and professional. They are always right on time, if not a little early. Excellent pricing and they have great service packages. They will not tell you that you need all sorts-of expensive things when you don't. They also clean up after themselves.

At the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Crosspoint Refrigeration.  They responded VERY quickly getting to the house within an hour after the call - the prompt response was surprising and welcome.  Tony was very professional, dressed in a company uniform.  After having several other contractors come to service this AC unit over the years for the same problem, Tony's investigation and recommendation finally made sense - without knowing any of the system's past.  As an electrical engineer, I understand technical stuff, and Tony's explanation made sense, and he proved his point.  The cost of $100 for parts and labor was very reasonable for the 1.5 hours he was here.  He took the time to explain in detail answering my many questions.  He indicated that we should be able to get another 5 or more years out of the system with proper care like changing the filters and routine cleaning.  Tony made sure that he placed covers on his shoes before entering the house, wow, nice touch.  Tony did NOT push to sell us a new system as others have done again a welcome change.  We are now saving the money we need to replace the unit in the near future.  Tony provided an ballpark estimate after I asked him to provide one. He asked intelligent questions in order to come up with a ballpark figure again showing his knowledge and respect.  We have finally found an AC company that we can trust and rely upon.  Thank you Tony and Crosspoint Refrigeration.
