It went great until they disappeared. My website is now nothing but a blank white page and I had paid. I am not sure where they went, but they are costing my company quite a bit of money as we now have to start from scratch!!!

Chris was fantastic. I called Chris and explained to him my delima. After a parting of the ways with my previous SEO and web support company our website was completely down along with our email. We contacted CQinn Designs after we found them on Angie's List. After a brief conversation we hired their team to convert our website to word press and perform ongoing optimization. Tina listened to everything we wanted and put together exactly what we requested and then some. We couldn't have been more pleased. In addition, they are performing ongoing optimization for a very reasonable price as well as blogging. We are very pleased to see our website organically move up in rankings! And the blogs are completely awesome! One of the things we liked the most is they made no promises about how far or fast our listing would get to page one. Although that may be seem strange to many, we liked that they were honest and did not provide false promises as so many other companies that have called us have done. In addition, they have been very responsive and quick to make slight website changes (pricing on specials, wording, etc.).

We have 3 online businesses and hired Chris Quinn and CQuinn Designs (cquinndesigns.com) to help us fix various issues with the sites.Chris started out strong, and we were initially very happy with his work. But then Chris, while in the middle of working on one of our websites that we had paid him a deposit to work on, Chris disappeared and stopped working. He would not return phone calls or answer our emails. Chris abandoned us and our project completely. To this day we have no idea why Chris stopped working and disappeared. What was especially troubling is that we started experiencing problems with one of our websites that required the server password to fix. Chris was the only person who knew the server password, as he never provided it to us. Despite our desperate need, Chris would not respond to our repeated requests for that password so we could fix our website. We sent Chris, and his coworker Tiny, numerous email messages over a several month period begging for the password. No response from Chris or Tina. Likewise, we tried to call them both at every phone number we had and left numerous messages over a several month period. Still no return phone call, despite our urgent pleas. CQuinn Designs (cquinndesigns.com) left us completely hanging. Chris and CQuinn Designs are unreliable. I CANNOT recommend using them for any project. We normally would not take the effort to leave a negative review, but we wanted to warn others so no one else will suffer a similar experience.

He requested a certain percentage of the cost up front. I believe it was around $800. He assured me he could do the job and that my website would be done by May 12th. From February to May I only heard from him about 3 times. When he didn't produce by the deadline in May, I decided to hire a consultant to help me with some of the technical details that I didn't understand. This whole time, I could not get ahold of the guy. He promised this time that he would have the site ready by July 12th. Dating back to February he had quoted me one amount. As we approached the due date, he said it was going to take a little longer and that he would need more money. I gave him an additional $1000. He said it would go towards the total amount quoted which was supposed to be $2650 This number jumped all the way up to $6150. Absolutely nothing had been done as he said it would be done. We spent a lot of time and gave him copies of our specs. He left assuring us that he had it all under control. I ended up reluctantly sending him about $1800 more. At this point, after he had already taken $3400 and not done anything for me, I told him I wasn't going to give him any more money until the work was completed. He ended up going away for about 2 weeks and I never heard from him. After this, he still failed to follow up with me. We have recorded conversations of a lot of the promises he made. After I hired the consultant, he had me doing a lot of different tasks that I didn't even know how to do. Even after bringing in the consultant, he said it was going to be ready by July 15th. On July 12th he even reassured me that it would be complete. When it came to the 15th, he sent me the same end product that he had already spent me. Then when I spoke with him about it, he mentioned that he accidentally sent me the wrong thing. It turns out that it is still not even complete. He did everything the way he wanted to do it, and nothing is the way we discussed. When I got the site, it was such a mess that he couldn't even explain to me how it runs. This is not what he promised me. Now he is trying to reverse it all on me and that he tried communicating with me the whole time. I found out that he did some outsourcing for some of the work, even though he promised me that he doesn't do any outsourcing. I even have proof of that. All I want is a simple refund and I will move on. If I have to take him to court I will.

I spoke with Tina first to give her an idea of what my business was and want I wanted to see in an E-Commerce website. She gave me many useful suggestions and issued a proposal within 2 days. The work on the website begin right after I signed the proposal and I had a rough draft of my site in less then 3weeks. We then made changes to the 1st draft, this took about 4 weeks, during which time both Tina and Chris were very responsive. The project from first call to launch of the site took about 8 weeks, which is super fast for a true E-Commerce website. Not only would I recommend CQuinnDesign, I plan on using them again for another business website!

Chris and his team were very quick to respond and were helpful in giving me a quote that seemed to match the projects work level involved. They are very professional and seem well educated in their field. From the little bit that I have worked with them, they seem to be able to take on large projects and have good ideas to contribute.
