Don is a professional craftsman, from his detailed estimate to the lay out of his tile work.i have used Don twice once for kitchen backsplash and recently for a bathroom remodel, I couldn't be happier with Don's work, my bathroom is absolutely beautiful. Don did my entire bathroom from tear out, to tile installation to installation of vanity, and toilet bowl, I would defiantly use CHANDLER'S tile again...he is punctual and returns your calls.

Mr. Chandler was a blessing in the sky. Following some plumbing issues that required the removal of existing tile and a botched tile installation by a previous sub-contractor, Mr. Chandler was a breath of fresh air. We are eternally grateful for his immediate attention and willingness to help us. His work is detailed and impeccable. He is NOT a handyman...he is a true and REAL tradesman that has obviously worked in the industry for numerous years perfecting his craft. His duration schedule was spot on and the end product was immaculate. Although we appreciate the previously mentioned, he also provides daily progress reports with photos was extremely respectful of the existing surroundings and people living in the house. Thank you Mr. Chandler for everything you did for us.

Don put in my kitchen backsplash and did a fantastic job. He also put in tiles in my master bathroom and I am highly pleased with the results. I would absolutely hire him again and will, when I am ready to put tiles on my porch.

Our floors were really unlevel and hard to work with but Don worded steady and hard. He did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. He is very knowledgeable and even tucked and rolled the carpet where it met the tile. We highly recommend Chandler Tile!

This was a very pleasant experience. Chandler Tile provided a very fair quote and delivered a fantastic result. I met him once during the estimate phase and decided to hire him without getting further quotes. I am so glad I did. My co-workers were telling me horror stories about their tile jobs. I have to say, that my experience was nothing but positive. If you need tile work done, don’t hesitate to call Don. He installed nearly 3,000 square feet in what I would say was record time.

We were in need of a complete shower and tub remodel - from the removal of the old tile and backboard, to install of new backboards and tile. So we called Chandler's. Don responded immediately, personally came out for a quote, and suggested a few tile places for us to pick out what we were looking for. We picked out a tile from one of those distributors that cost way too much. Upon seeing what we purchased, Don made a few suggestions that saved us HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in tile costs. He even came to the local Home Depot after a day on the job and personally helped us select a quality tile. Now THAT is customer service! The install took about five days, and Don was prompt every morning, and at the conclusion of every work day, he left the area clean and neat. We are beyond thrilled at our new bathroom. How can I sum up Chandler's Tile? On time, personable, great customer service and top quality work at a very affordable price. We are three-time customers of Chandler's and weIwould not hesitate to use Chandler's again and I would recommend him to everyone. Have your job done right. Call Chandler's Tile.

Don was very professional, respectful, friendly, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.He communicated extremely well throughout the project explaining the process and timeline in great detail.Any concern or issue we brought to his attention was addressed promptly and rectified without any hassle. We made a mistake on the floor tile (hated color) in the shower & asked Don to remove floor tile in shower and install new selected tile. Don replaced it without hesitation and the additional cost was very reasonable. I am very picky because I have a very straight eye (difficult to please for sure) but his workmanship is top notch and is near perfect!! Don was very friendly and very professional about his work. He did an absolutely amazing job and I was astounded with the outcome of his work. His work speaks for itself. He was very punctual, informative about any issues and what needed to be done to get my kitchen and my living room flooring looking how I wanted. The price was reasonable for the amount of work I needed done (1,000+ sq. ft.) and was done in a very timely manner. I would definitely go back and have Don do any renovations I might need done in the near future! Thank you, Don, for a wonderful new home addition.

Person liked to talk too much. Put down different color tiles (different shades). Stated it was my fault and wanted to charge me 35.00 per tile to fix. Cost would have been an additional 300 plus dollars. He also complained about himself for taking this job. Will never hire again

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], First off, you choose the product and picked it up from the flooring store. I am not responsible for different colors in your order. If you remember I removed 13 tiles after asking you why there were different shades of tile in the order. Installation constitutes acceptance. You never told me that you put in different tiles in with the order. Your home was a cluttered filthy mess. You had so much clutter in your garage it was impossible to examine your flooring choice. Remember you only gave me 20% down which was 315.00. You still owed me a balance of $1100.00., which you never paid me for.I told you I would remove them but it would be a extra charge. You choose the product and provided it to me, which I installed. You choose not to have me change out the tile, because you didn't want to pay me for your own mistake. I have been installing tile for 40 years, and have hundreds upon hundreds of satisfied customers."

I contacted Don Chandler because the handyman for my condo said I had a cracked shower pan. I was prepared for the worst $$$$$!
Mr. Chandler investigated the matter, completely checked-out the leakage concern, found the source of the problem, which wasn?t a cracked shower pan that would have required a completed rip out of my shower. Instead, he re-grouted, only charging me less than two-hundred dollars, instead of thousands.
If you want an ?honest,? professional for tile work who takes actual pride in the quality of his work, Mr. Chandler is your man! Can?t speak highly enough of his professionalism!

I was trying to explain to chandler my job needs over the phone and he begins to lecture me that I wouldn't like it that way and he doesn't do this and that, and everything I asked was tile related. If he doesn't want a small tile job that is fine, but don't be rude and waste my time telling me what I would like when you didn't even give me the time of day. If you don't have a $4000 tile job, don't call Chandler.

It went fantastic! Mr. Chandler is a professional thru and thru. He gave us an estimate; told us when he could start and showed up on time each day. Stated it was a 2-1/2 day job and that is exactly when he finished. I have had other tile/rug installations done by many other companies in Citrus County and was mostly completely unsatisfied with the professional and work of these companies, so I went to Hernando County and found Mr. Chandler on Angie's List. What a PRO! The finished product looks fabulous. He prepped and cleaned up after himself more than I expected. Would I use him again? **** YES! Thank you Mr. Chandler for a fantastic job.

There were a few things we still needed to buy and he was extremely helpful in figuring out what we would need. Very pleased with the work done and would definitely hire again.

Don was amazing! He showed up early and was super awesome explaining the process. He left the grout color chart after the first day and said to let him know what color we wanted and he would grab it. He always cleaned up any mess that was made and even helped my husband cut some very difficult tile pieces for a project he was doing in the bathroom. He is very professional and will give you an honest opinion, not just what you want to hear. Can't say enough good things about him!
