Central Cooling & Heating is a State Certified, State-licensed, family owned and operated company. We have been serving the local residents and business's of Hernando, Pasco and Citrus counties since 1978. We are proud to be a factory authorized, Bryant dealer. Sub-contractors are not used in our installations or repairs. Our technicians are NATE certified. We are also mobile home specialists. We believe in high quality service and reasonable rates. Special Financing promotions are available year round, based on approval. Discounts are available on service calls and complete replacement systems. We are also the proud recipients of the 2011 Bryant Medal of Excellence.

They basically didn't resolve out issue. I would tell a friend not to go to them. The should have found the problem with out system and fixed it.

They sell Bryant, that is the name of the product. They have been doing my work for years. We have been here for 12 years and they have done all my air conditioning work.

I was pretty happy with them and I knew the guy personally who I purchased the unit from. I continue to use them and they are a very professional outfit.

They supposedly cleared it out. I mentioned something about changing out our duct work as we had old insulation and ducts. I was concerned I would end up with a mold problem. Jason checked out my system and quoted me $2400. I had been quoted much higher previously. They came out later that month and were here from early morning until the evening trying to complete the work. We walked through the house and he said they had to change the airflow so it went more evenly throughout the house. They also moved the control and changed it so the fan was constantly running. When a storm came through, I heard a noise and felt a change in the airflow. I contacted them and said there was no air blowing out and I had water coming out of the drain pipe in the garage. Jason eventually came out and said it was my main trunk line that came off the air handler. That meaning my AC unit was running the entire time. While out, I was told they fixed all of the problems. I later noticed that there was no airflow coming out of the vent by the front door, just as I pointed out to them. I had a neighbor check it out and they told me that the vent was not connected. I contacted Jason and he was going to contact the owner Glen in attempts to negotiate something. The owner never called or contacted me. Now no one is returning my calls and I’m seeking the assistance of Angie’s List.  I have attempted to contact Central Cooling & Heating since I submitted this review however I cannot get them to return my calls.

"Central Cooling was hired by Member, to replace the original ductwork, equalize airflow throughout the home and relocate her thermostat. This service was completed. We were notified by the Member that the airflow was inadequate at one of the registers. During the service call, we noticed that the supply duct in question had come loose. The repair was made. We aslo recommended a new system due to the age and condition of the equipment. It has been two months since the duct replacement. The customer has had the equipment replaced by another company along with other changes to the designed duct system. Central Cooling strives to provide excellent customer service to our community. Thank you for your time in this matter."
