not good. jewelry still missing. spoke to lady who did cleaning and said she would help look for jewelry at next appt. no next appt had been set. owner of company didn't seem too concerned. said he couldn't reach her, then at end of phone call he claimed he spoke to her 15 min. before. which was it ? called sheriff dept, cleaner did not pick up their call and there was no voice mail. draw your own conclusions.

Carolyn's Cleaning Service is the BEST around and I would highly recommend them. Their prices are fair and competitive with the other cleaning services in the market and they got me scheduled really quickly. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided - everything was sparkling clean once they were done. The staff was polite, efficient, and went over and beyond....they really exceeded my expectations! 5 Star Service.

She is a private contractor.  She is top notch and very thorough.

Used for almost a year and kept asking for them to be better. Never felt like my house was as clean as I could do it myself.

Our experience with them was terrible. They sent a woman here - I think her name was Laura - and my wife practically threw her out. It was the only time I used Angie?s List, and I?m probably never going to use them again. I called the owner, Carolyn, and told her about our bad experience. I presumed that she didn?t know the quality of her workers, and I really gave her a chance, but I got nowhere with her; she just couldn?t care less. The cost was going to be $65 or $85, and I?m not sure which of the two it was; I thought that the price was average. The cleaning lady did come on time. I wouldn?t use them in the future.

They did a very nice job for me. I have used Carolyn's Cleaning several times now and have always been well satisfied. They always show up promptly. One woman comes to do the job. You can request the same person that comes if you are happy with the work they do for you.
