Bland to Grand Inc

Terrible. It took all day to install 2 exterior doors. They didn’t have the proper materials initially. Upon completion, there were dirty handprints on walls, one door was dented and entire installation appears unprofessional. The chalk was smeared onto exterior walls, in some places up to 1/2” wide. We were told it could not be fixed, except for US to paint over it. When speaking to the installer, he was sarcastic and kept refusing there was nothing they could or would do. After researching the problem, there are ways to clean up the chalking and remove the sloppiness from the exterior wall. So telling us nothing could be done except for us to paint over it was an outright lie. Don’t trust them and don’t hire them! Paul Klimek Brooksville, FL

Rob showed up exactly when we were told he would. Very professional and picked up after each day. Completed the work on time. Extremely satisfied with the company. We have already ordered door inserts from them because they were very efficient and very fairly priced.

Rob provided the installation and did an excellent job. You can always count on them for excellent customer service. Rob came back to replace a scratched handle and clean up residue on the door frame (from the manufacturer).

Rob arrived in AM and removed old windows and screens. He installed new ones. All to code. Worked neatly and professionally. We would not have anyone else for this job! Excellent.

Had a phantom screen put on my balcony door off the kitchen. Did a great job on the install and the product looks wonderful. I am now able to open my balcony door and get a great breeze through the house.  LOVE it !!!  So much better then a screen door would have been. I should have done it sooner and am having another installed on a 8ft bedroom  door going out to the balcony as soon as I call them.

Arrived when said, worked professionally, performed removal and replacement with ease, psp liked he prepared area and cleaned up exceptionally at each window. Answered all questions and addressed any concerns.

It went very well. We had some weather issues, but that can't be helped. They are very friendly, professional, and cleanly. They even washed the windows after they installed them and vacuumed any messes.

There was no fuss or muss, they did exactly what they said they would. There was a mistake in the order, and I figured I'd just live with it, but they encouraged me not to. I told them that I would split the difference in cost with them, but they refused insisting that it was there fault.

Rob arrived on time, preformed work professionally. Was courteous regarding open doors during installation. Cleaned up work area and area around project to perfection.

The gentleman was great. Even washed the new window. Cleaned up after hisself. Left house cleaned up very good

We have used this company before and were very pleased. Rob was courteous and couldn't do enough for us. his uniform was spotless. He cleaned up the area completely before leaving the work site.

Rob Oliver did the installation himself, he was prompt, professional, very neat and knowledgeable about the product and installation. Our new windows are beautiful and the warranty is excellent. We feel confident if problems arise. We can contact Rob directly and he will be there for service.
