We received 4 estimates and Patrick was the only one who followed up, worked within our budget, provided references and demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism. Patrick was very professional showed up when promised and on time. Made my floors look brand new. Patrick also took the time to tell me how to care for my new floor so that I would get many years out of the finish, even gave me the web site of the products he used on the floors. We had a horrible experience with Patrick at All Flooring Designs. He told us about his 18 years experience and made us feel that he knew what he was doing, but we quickly learned that it was a big mistake hiring him. We booked him for when we were out of town during the holidays so that we would be out of the way so he could do his job. We moved all of our furniture off the hard wood floor and into the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. While we were gone, he contacted my husband & let him know that he (or his "new helper") made a mistake and cleaned our floor with something that it was not supposed to be cleaned with, which caused streaking all thought the house. He said we can "figure out a game plan" when we return. When we returned, we could not believe how terrible the floors looked. No only where there bad streaks all throughout, but there was also black specs of sharp wood or something that was stuck in the sealant coming through. Also, discoloration in random areas of the house which we later learned were made in his effort to try and fix that damage he had already made. Also, he used a tape that pulled the paint off of our trim in the entire downstairs of our house. (We were informed that there might be a few areas that need to be touched up, but in reality, the entire trim needs to be replaced). We met with Patrick when we returned home and he said he would come back and resand it, which he did. (My daughter and I had to find an alternative place to stay for a couple nights because we did not want to breathe in the chemicals (which is why we booked him while we were out of town in the first place)). When we came back to see his finished work, it was better than it was before, but still a terrible job. There are still streaks in the floor (in fact, he did not even redo the closets). I asked him why the closets still looked so bad & he said "oh I didn't redo the closets." I asked why and he said "because I just didn't. I figured you would probably put something on the floor to cover it up anyway." In addition, there were a couple of small projects we discussed with him several times (a small hole that he was supposed to fill and a lock for our french doors that was supposed to be put back into the floor) that he just never did. When we did the final walk through, we asked him about those projects and he said "I'll come back this weekend and do them". Of course he did not. We are thrilled to have recently moved into our new home and we have been working hard to get our new home in nice condition. Now we have hardwood floors that are not fixable. They cannot be sanded again. I am sick over this but it is something that I will have to live with. I HIGHLY suggest NOT using this company.

Patrick did an outstanding job sanding and refinishing the original oak hardwood floors in our 93-year-old bungalow. We couldn't be happier with the results. He made them look like new again while keeping the historic charm. Patrick was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The job was completed in a timely manner and his cost was very competitive. We could tell he was truly passionate about hardwood floors and his work. We would definitely hire him again and would recommend to anyone looking to restore their floors.

There was an issue involving the prep work which was not resolved by the contractor to my satisfaction. I was over charged for the additional coat of finish and the baseboards were damaged and no compensation made.

He came when he said he was going to come and completed the work a timley manner. Presentable.

I love my new wood floors. I will certanly recommend All Floor Disigns and furthermore I will hire them again next spring for the rest of my house.

He showed up when he said he would, he stayed longer than anticipated an did a great job. I shopped around and he quoted a good fair price.
