General Remodeling
I hired company to repair windows in May 2011. On 20 May I was told that the glass was on order. On 17 June I was told that the windows would be repaired in one week. On 2o August, I emailed the contractor to tell them I no longer required their services and that I was hiring another company. On 31 August, I received photographs of the windows and a bill for $70.00 over the agreed upon charge. The estimate was not sight unseen, so all materials and labor required should have been in the estimate. It was left unfinished, no paint, and dirty. Also the sill finish around the arched window was damaged and not repaired or even mentioned when asking for payment.
