+ -1 moreThe service (gutter cleaning) was not performed because the provider did not provide the requested proof of insurance after having several days advance notification that it would be required.
Description of Work: Wanted our gutters cleaned and contacted this provider who estimated $200 after several back and forth texts, trying to get the estimate. Appointment initially scheduled for 5/11 but provider said they had equipment failure and would be late so we rescheduled for today (5/16/15) at 7:30 a.m. I instructed the provider on 5/9/15 to be sure and bring proof of insurance and business license. At 7:11 a.m. today he texted that he couldn't get copy of his insurance - agent didn't send it? Really? Why wouldn't he already have a copy? I told him he could not get on our roof without proof of insurance. I rate this guy F. Buyers Beware! Angie's list asks about insurance and licenses but also makes clear the information is a "self report" by the provider.

+ -1 moreStephen came by and offered to do the work. The price was reasonable. He began work immediately and was finished within an hour and a half. The walks and driveway look like new.

+ 1 moreIt was wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and had the job done in about an hour and a half. They are professional and friendly. They did a great job explaining what they would do and then did more than I asked. Others have charged us more and but never did the job as nicely as Ameirclover did. Austin and Steven are great to work with, and I will hire them again.
Description of Work: They pressure washed the drive way including the gutter at the street along with the front and back sidewalks.
