Eddie looked at the old heater and found out that the igniter, heat exchanger, switch needed to be replaced. He then found out that there is a leak in the exchanger pipes. So we decided to replace the old unit. He quoted me three brands and we decided on using the same brand as the old one which is Hayward H250 FDN.
He ordered the new heater and installed it and tested it and adjusted the temperature.
I have Aqua link which represented a new trick for Eddie because all the valves are automated not manual.
If the rains stops for a while we can fire up the spa. We just have to wait.

AMERICAN APPLIANCE CTR did not really do anything while I was in the store. They don't try to sell you anything. They do, however, give you free delivery. They took away my old refrigerator. Everything is covered and paid for 20 dollars for service calls.
