Stephen identified the ants and is very knowledgeable about entymology.  Explained what to expect and why.  He does require and agreement that can be cancelled with 30-day notice.  Spraying was thorough and treatment included Silver fish and roaches.  He will be available whenever we call him.  We did not have to pay upfront, only pay as you go.
