"We did everything we could to help them. They started with us April 2014. They purchased hosting and the freebie template(no labor). They paid 598 for 3 yrs of hosting, 3yrs SSL Certificate, 3yrs Shopping cart. In 2015 They stopped by our office and said shopping cart was too hard to manage and wanted to convert to WordPress They purchase a conversion package and a custom design to add their artwork to WordPress for 600 They were not happy with the look of the site. we could not make them happy with the look We later offered a free responsive webdesign to make up for anything (worth over 2000). They denied."
