Al was recommended by a neighbor, in fact two other people had their roofs done previous to mine, so I got good references and was able to see the work recently done. 

Al is very responsive, answers the phone promptly or returns calls right away.  His prices were very fair, workmanship excellent and we now have two other homes on our street using Al to do their roofs.

From start to finish the job went smoothly and quickly. Mr. Dubois was professional, friendly and did everything he said he was going to do. Al was here everyday working with his team. A great group of guys that were also very friendly, responsive and neat. They worked hard in the blazing sun and always had time for me if I needed to ask questions.

New roof installed on time and at the price quoted. We are very pleased with the quality of the work at a price that was extremely competitive.

Steve (the owner and estimator) is what small business and personal services are all about.  He shows up on time, his word is good, he is the best.   We got five estimates and at first Steve's was the highest, but unlike the other four "estimator/sales person", he could explain things and answer our questions.  .He included upgraded add-ons to protect the roof in the future and gave us a number to deduct if we did not want to do it.   He also included the replacement of any damaged wood.  When we compared the other bids, some as much as a $1,000 lower, but with the addition of peal and seal waterproof barrier and replacement of roof decking they were all equal or higher.  



 When we called the other bidders back they all agreed  that the upgrades were a good idea and that "if" the decking was bad they would replace it at a per sheet cost.   Steve, who did a thorough inspection told us we had at least three, possible five bad sections.   With the underlay and anything over three sheets of decking, the other bids were equal or higher than Steve.   In the end not only did we have four rotted sheets, there was rafter damage as well, which Steve took care of.  



If your are looking for the best and not the cheapest,  someone who backs up what they say and shows up when they say, Steve DuBois Roofing should be the choice.

I had received estimates from two other licensed roofers besides that from Al Dubois.  He was not only the lowest, but also appeared to be the most professional, thorough, and helpful with suggestions for choosing the appropriate materials and all replacement aspects. I was impressed with his honesty, straight forwardness, and the efficiency and professionalism of him and his employees.  His desire to do an excellent job and attention to details was evident in the final product and the numerous compliments my wife and I received from neighbors and friends.  He was thorough and followed up on several occasions to make certain that we were satisfied with his work.

Al Dubois did an excellent job performing the repair.He arrived when he said he would and quickly assessed the problem.  I found him to be a "very down to earth guy".  He provided me with an honest assessment and a very fair price.  He is honest and a credit to his profession.  I would not hesitate to call on him if I ever needed to repair or replace my roof.

He did a beautiful job. His men were professional. His men go right to work and don't fool around. They were very professional.

It went perfectly from start to finish without any hiccups.  They were there when promised,k work was done in a timely and professional fashion, and did a great job.  Courteou and friendly, would definitely recommend!

Estimate was fair, the reputation of this company is excellent.  Work was started and completed without delay.  No problems with roof afterwards.  This work was done in New Port Richey, FL where I lived at the time.

Work was completed quickly and I will not know how good of a job it was for a few years yet hopefully, but Al has many clients in my neighborhood.
I would definitely use Al again because he is fast but gets it done right; I watched other houses around sit for weeks during the rainy season while other companies went to take up other jobs in the middle of pending jobs instead of finishing the jobs they already had. I don't get the impression that this is how Al Du Bois does business.  And my roof is definitely beautiful.  
Al does have his strong 'personality' and that is sometimes very unnerving at anxious moments during a reroof, but he reminds me of my dad. Give your old man respect!  You gotta love Al and be nice to him; the man is putting a roof over your head for crying out loud LOL!   
His family answers his phones and his wife and daughter are total sweethearts so it all balances out.

i wanted to add that Al showed up a few months later for an issue I was having with the flashing that he didn't even cause and his guy repaired it free.  very nice!

He is the best roofer in town! He is honorable, stands by his warranty and will make sure that all problems are taken care of in terms of your roof. He is just fantastic at what he does and stands by his work.

He did phenominal.  We were very happy with everything he did.

The estimate was fair and he could start on Monday. He and his son were great to work with and answered any and all questions about the job that I had. They were very professional, and I would recommend them to anybody without question. They even did some extra work on the tile roof that I asked about and did it without hesitation. I can't say enough about the great job performance and professionalism of their company. You can't even tell they were here. Great clean up.

Response was immediate due to water coming into the bedroom. Provided accurate estimate which was cheaper than two other roofers. Repairs have worked as no additional water has come inside the home. Would use them anytime, anywhere

We haven't had any issues since. They did a great job at a competitive price. They're efficient, responsive, and the owner comes out himself for the estimate.
