The first laptop, he could've tried to sell us a new laptop as we asked but suggested instead to re-format it with a fresh windows 10 install. The second laptop hediagnosed a bad hard drive. Replaced that and it works better then new. Both laptops we're dropped just before closing and got the call the next day to come pick em up as they were ready. Very quick and reasonably priced as well! Don't hesitate to use this service for your computer needs... I will use this service again! Thank you very much for a great job well done!!

This is the second time that Mr. Allan Simmons has saved my business, and I say that "literally"! I am one of those people who live under the "mantra" of "if it's not broke, why fix it," and because of that I am working under software that is, and has been for MANY years, obsolete; meaning, working under Windows 98 and floppy disks!!! My hard drive years ago was going out, which would have been the end of me, when I found Mr. Simmons. He was able to completely "clone" my whole system, including the Operating System, to where I had a brand new computer basically. I have also worked off this computer for my work for 20 years now, which is a Dell Inspirion 4000, which they have not made in probably 15-20 years! This proves that it is the Internet that ruins our computers, as this one has never seen the Internet. Of course, I also work with another computer that is on the Internet and have to convert all my work in PDF format, so not completely in the dark, just always refused to put out more money for my software and equipment and paying exorbitant prices for "Support." I now live in Tennessee, contacted Mr. Simmons last Monday 3/16/2020, sent him my computer, and had my "brand new" computer back and ready to go back to work on 3/21/2020!!! THANK YOU MR. SIMMONS!! I am sure I am not the only one in this Country who is in the same place I am with their business and I truly hope if you find yourself in this position you will find HOPE!

Brought in a laptop with poor performance since new. Owner of business recognized problem immediately explained condition and what the remedy would be. He quoted me a price and gave me a timeframe. I am very happy with the outcome and will use his service again.
