+ -1 moreLied about buying a used engine to replace the one in my jeep that he said was not worth repairing. Charged me $1,800 to buy a used engine and never did. He attempted to repair the original engine and we had to keep bringing it back to his shop because it would not stop smoking and smelling like burning oil. After several trips back nothing was ever fixed and we just kept getting the runaround. I finally went to another mechanic who could not believe what had been done and it cost me another $500 for him to fix what 5 Star Auto had botched up.
Description of Work: Attempted to repair the original engine in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Description of Work: was talked into a trans. power flush, work was done, had trans. problems with in 2-3 hours after service, 5 STAR ,said it had nothing to do with the service the performed, i had to have 2-3 trans. sensors replaced at about 200 dollars. MY 2003 JEEP WITH ONLY 59000 MILES RAN GOOD AGAIN......... WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THIS SO CALLED AUTO SHP AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called the company and made an appointment to bring the truck in for diagnosis. when I arrived I spoke with a gentleman who carefully listened, provided an initial diagnosis and provided an estimate. After a mechanic performed a complete diagnosis I was promptly notified and they completed the service within the time frame they iniitally provided and at the estimated price. I received exceptional service and would gladly recommend them again.

Description of Work: Oil change and front wheel alignment. I was quite pleased with the service, called me at home and notified me that front brakes were not required. Stated they were 60 percent left on pads. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recomend the shop to any one. They can do 90 perccent of your servece needs. A very reliable person who lives in the community for 20 years recommended the company to me.

+ -1 moreI have a maintenance contract that they honored. All repairs will cost me $50. I had used this garage before to put on new tires and I thought that the prices were fair. It took them only two hours to do the work and they were calling me to pick the car up.
