Lied about buying a used engine to replace the one in my jeep that he said was not worth repairing. Charged me $1,800 to buy a used engine and never did. He attempted to repair the original engine and we had to keep bringing it back to his shop because it would not stop smoking and smelling like burning oil. After several trips back nothing was ever fixed and we just kept getting the runaround. I finally went to another mechanic who could not believe what had been done and it cost me another $500 for him to fix what 5 Star Auto had botched up.
