Horrible, the worker, because I don’t believe he was a plumber, he was in the phone the whole time asking what to do. I’d like to be able to show a picture of the absolute atrocity he left me with. I am having a master plumber repair this sorry excuse for an installation. I will be sure to tell everyone I know never to use this company. They seem to do fine with water softeners but actual plumbing, NO

So I called 1st Choice since I had used them in the past and liked their services.  They were responsive, straight-forward, reasonable, and knowledgeable; everything you ask for in a skilled tradesman.  I called at 0800 and was promised a 1300-1500 arrival.  He called ahead and even showed up a little early.  Well, the damaged pipe is fully repaired and water is back on at 1315; a great outcome.  I recommend Jim and his crew to anyone with a plumbing need in Hernando/Pasco County

Team was on time and the three coordinated each other's work. They were polite, worked quickly, and did a good job. They checked each others work to be sure the job was done correctly.

I called the week of 8/25/14 to discuss making an appointment to get a quote for replacing faucet in laundry sink plus possibly two bathroom sink faucets. The owner Jim Christy is the person I spoke with. He quoted me over the phone on laundry sink faucet and we scheduled appt for service 9/2/14. Peter arrived on time, was efficient and professional and was done in less than an hour. While he was there I showed him the bathroom sink faucets and asked for quotes to repair or replace depending on the cost. He made a call and quoted me before he left for his next customer. I decided to get all three bathroom faucets replaced and called Jim an hour after Peter left. Two hours later Peter came back and installed the additional three faucets. Everyone involved was outstanding and professional. In the past I have worked with many different plumbing companies and by far this was the best customer service wise, professionalism and cost effective. I will definitely use 1st Choice again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

This is the second time we have used 1st Choice Plumbing. We had a small job done last year and my husband was impressed with the quality of the work. We needed a new hot water heater so we called Jim. My husband wanted to take out the old one himself so he could paint the wall behind it before the new one was installed. Jim scheduled us for the next day. He gave us a two hour window for arrival and called us when he was on his way, well within the time specified. He and his helper were professional and did the job in a timely manner. He made sure there were no leaks and that everything was working properly. In our dealings with him, he has shown himself to be a man of skill in his profession and of integrity in his business dealings. You get a job well done at a fair price.
