We have had nightmare experiences with prior roof companies to the point of contacting the BBB on one. Seeber Roofing changed that. They did excellent work on a roof replacement. They were professional, dependable, informative, clean and an all around great experience. Neighbors even commented on the quality and cleanliness of their work and one is a retired contractor. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation to anyone needing a repair or replacement!

We used them a couple of times. I request the same team each time Jackson and Gus who are the best. They come on time, explain what causing the leaks and do a great job fixing it. Would definitely used them again.

We were very pleased with our choice of Frank Seeber Roofing. Every step of the job was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. They made everything from getting the permit to cleaning up spotlessly smooth and easy. John was a great supervisor and went out of his way to take care of the smallest details. The follow up by Ashley in customer service was helpful in always letting us know what the next step in the process was. And, best of all, the price was right. Also, we share a common roof with a neighbor, who was not interested in replacing their roof at this time. Frank Seeber was one of the few roofers who was willing to do a tie-in to the neighbor’s roof and the result was excellent. The workmen showed up on time and took great care of our property, especially during the tear down process. Several people have complimented us on the finished job. Since Frank is a licensed inspector as well, we do not have to pay anything to have our property insurance agent send out their own inspector so we can get a discount on our home owners insurance, and that saved us some money as well. We are very pleased and would recommend this company without hesitation.

After 24 years I was finished of playing Russian roulette with my old roof every year even though it never leaked but went through many hurricanes. Knew of Frank Seeber roofing since he lives nearby in the community. He also put roofs on for a few of my friends who also recommended him. . Shopped the 5 best roofers in the area and Frank's price was the best. He took the time to explain step by step the process including the timetable. Every part of the operation went as he said and from the removal of old tiles to installing the new roof it was only 5-1/2 working days ( not counting inspections and a delay by my request.) Audrey is a sweetheart and called me each day to tell me what happened that day and what to expect tomorrow. Highly recommend

From the initial meeting with Frank it was clear that we made the right choice. No detail was left out. There were NO surprises, add ons or extras. Workers showed up on time, every time and took great care of our property throughout the process. John was fantastic. He was accessible and available to answer any questions we had along the way and the end product is better than we hoped for. Our new roof looks sensational. The office staff called and gave us notice each day about what to expect and how to prepare. They were friendly and informative. When several neighbors go out of their way to compliment not only the end product, but the contractor and they way they worked throughout the process, you know you made the right choice. ...and all of this along with Frank Seeber Roofing offering the lowest price of the six roofers we pre screened. We couldn't be happier.

The company was busy in the rainy season as all roofers in this area are so it took about two weeks to get to us. The crew arrived when they said they would and performed the work efficiently. They found a poor prior repair by another company that caused a leak. As it turns out, there was a second leak in the same area as the first but came from another source. I took a video of the second leak which helped to diagnose the problem. They found the bad spot in an overhang and repaired. I have had no provlem since. Will definitely quote these guys when I need a roof replacement.

Jackson came out immediately when my roof fell in and was leaking into my
bathroom. Jackson and his crew did a great job fixing it properly. (evidently it had
happened before with the previous owners and not been fixed correctly,
so it happened again.) This was my second experience with Frank Seeber
Roofing. Jackson had sealed (reattached) tiles on a large section of the
roof after I purchased the house a few months earlier. The prices are

I can't say enough about Frank Seeber Roofing. Unfortunately our home was struck by lightening that tore a huge hole in our roof and scattered roof tile all over the place. I called Seeber Roofing and Frank and his son came out immediately on a rainy Sunday and tarped our roof. The next day he had his crew at my house and went to work on making the repairs. This was an extremely difficult time for my family due to the lightening causing us to lose almost everything electrical inside and outside of the house. Getting emergency funds from my insurance cornpany was a nightmare! My mother was also very ill and we were not able to bring her home to die due to no air conditioning or electric. She died 2 days later while in a facility. The Seeber family went beyond the call of duty to help us. They made the repairs on a "trust" basis and never once called to ask about payment. They were professional, quoted an extremely fair price, made the repairs immediately............but most of all they were compassionate to our situation. If only all companies had an ounce of work ethics like Seeber Roofing, the world would be a great place!

Frank Seeber Roofing put on a new roof for us. This company is the best. They are very professional from beginning to end. Their prices are fair and the work they do is great. They replaced our roof in three days, (yes, three days). Frank came out and gave us an estimate (which was spot on). We were waiting for a refinance on our home and told him we were getting another estimate and would call him when we were ready to go forward. The other company was much higher in price. When we finally got our refinance we called Frank and said we were ready to go. He came out again and brought the contract, we signed, set a date and his workers were there at 7:30 that morning and got started. This is a great company to work with. Audrey in his office kept us apprised every step of the way and was so nice to work with. Thanks Frank Seeber Roofing.

It was an okay job. I had to be on top of them, and they did a mediocre job on it. I wouldn't recommend them. I don't believe they did as good of a job as they should have. They were a bit sloppy.

The thing I like is the salesman that sold me the job was actually one of the men who worked on my roof. They showed up on time, completely cleaned up everything, and did an amazingly professional job! I have nothing at all negative to say, it was all in total a positive experience.

Frank is a great salesman and he does a great job explaining the job he will do and working with you during the quoting and contract phase. Once you sign the contract he is harder to reach, but you can always reach someone at the office. So best to make sure you get all your questions together before you sign the contract so you can get Frank to give you the explanations. I did give them a "B" score but I am not sure if the delays getting started on our roof was normal practice or if it was just all the rain we were getting at the time. Once they started the job they did knock it out pretty quickly. The roof looks really nice, they did a good job. The two minor negatives are: 1) the clean up was not so great, I am months after the job still finding nails, metal disks, and tar paper 2) the use of my lawn ( used the front center part of my lawn to clean up mortar and etc and left pallets on the side yard-killing the grass in these ares). I did have a few other issues when they finished but they sent someone out right away to fix the items and he did a good job. Very responsive at the close of the job which was really nice certainly since we had already paid. I would recommend them for sure but I would also try to get a start date when you start to sign the contracts.

Frank Seeber roofing did a very professional job on the roof. We met with Mr. Seeber for one of three estimates we got. They were all close to the same price. We picked him over the other two because his company was more experienced and/or his warranty was better. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us printed material, including tile choices and references) and his office personnel were very helpful when we had questions (Audrey and Laury). The only problem was that it took a long time from the time we signed the contract to the time the roof was started, but the extremely rainy summer was a problem, I'm sure. All in all, it was almost three months from the time we signed until the roof was completed, but we are pleased with the workmanship.

Frank roofing gave an estimate on June 27, 2014. Their crew was very courteous and explained the problem in detail. They gave us an estimate for cost and date of fixing the roof. We liked their estimate and signed the contract.
Frank Roofing company's crew led by Mr. Jackson came to repair the roof on July 22nd 2014. They finished the job in four hours. It has been one month and we had several heavy rain but there was no roof leakage. They have done excellent job in fixing the roof.
In future for any roofing repair we will consider them.
I will recommend this company for Super Service Award.

Prices are competitive. I paid a little extra for tiles with the color all the way through. Mr. Seeber was very helpful (and patient) with my indecisiveness about which color and type of tile to choose.
The supervisors and workers on site were considerate and cleaned up after themselves. They always answered all my questions thoroughly and politely.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My roof is beautiful.

Mr. Seeber and his crew did an excellent job. Complete job took less than a month from start to finish. Price was in the middle of our 5 quotes. Mr. Seeber and his office staff kept us informed and up to date with the progress. No surprises. Cleanup was excellent each day. No mess.
