Very, very pleased. Marc charges hourly and puts in a "real hour". He was detail oriented without being slow, and had the experience to solve a minor problem that cropped up without a hiccup. The quality of the work was excellent, and we will absolutely use him again for some other things we need done around the house.
He showed up promptly at the arranged time.
He was very professional and did quality work. He's very honest. He pointed out a flaw in the grab bar that might have been caused by his drill when he installed it. He offered to go back to the hardware store to get a replacement which he did "off the clock." His honesty is also reflected in the fact that the final exterior paint work could not be completed due to possible rain. I pre-paid him for the entire job with the understanding that he would come back two days later and do the painting which he did.
A friend told me about Marc's work and suggested I call him. Marc responded right away and came the next day to look at the project. He did an excellent job of researching the type of paver I needed and how to properly install them. He kept detailed records of his time. His work and clean up were meticulous.
I will be happy to use Marc's services in the future and highly recommend him.
