In only 6 short months, Turner managed to ruin my brand new sod and I am out hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I trusted them to maintain our new sod and hired them before it was put in. Our yard now has four huge dead patches (10-15' areas) as well as many other brown patchy spots. There are various types of weeds including crabgrass, nutsedge, and others throughout. Bermuda grass is also infiltrating the St. Augustine because it is so weak. I have complained several times and talked to a manager (Andrew Martynuik) who said he would come out to look at it himself. He came and in his report said the yard was looking much better. What??? Huge gaping areas with no grass is better? This company has no clue how to do lawn service. Avoid at all costs.

Everything went quite well. the tech knew what he was doing. And I am on a three month contract for service. I feel better knowing that Turner pest-control will answer my phone call and act quickly.

They are really good. They do it monthly for me. They have my inside and my outside. I really like them. Whenever I find one bug in my house, all I have to do is email them and they come out and spray.

They are average. The main issue is about how comprehensive their service is. I feel that sometimes they miss issues on weeds. Their fertilizing is not up to my expectations compared to other services in the neighborhood. I may be changing them.
