"We sold customer counter top. Customer called us and told us dishwasher was not installed properly. So our sales rep went out to customer’s house to see what was wrong. Counter top was missing the wood strip underneath to properly mount and install the dishwasher. Our sales rep then called the Counter Fabricator to make them aware of the issue. Counter Fabricator sent out one of his installers to install the wood strip for the dishwasher. Customer then called us back to let us know dishwasher would not open properly, so our sales rep went out to the house a 2nd time to see what the issue was this time. Our sales rep then called Counter Fabricator a 2nd time to make them aware of the new issue and now the owner came out himself to see what could be done to resolve the issue. Counter Fabricator then called our sales rep to inform us that the issue was caused by the customer’s floor tile and that the tile needed to be cut back in order for the dishwasher to sit level. That’s what was preventing the dishwasher from opening and closing properly. Our Sales rep then called the customers Tile Contractor and asked him to trim the tiles under the dishwasher so that the dishwasher would sit level, which would give the dishwasher the proper spacing to open and close. Customer’s Tile Contractor called our Sales Rep to let us know that the tile had been trimmed and dishwasher was now sitting level. We had resolved all of the customers issues that we were made aware of. We returned all of the customer’s calls promptly and went to customer’s house on multiple occasions. We in no way neglected this customer or tried to ignore their issues. We tried to resolves all of customers issues with the resources we had available to us at that time."
