Bob, the owner, installed a solar attic fan that I had purchased online. When I mentioned the wattage, he immediately responded with the correct manufacturer... saying that’s the only company that makes a solar fan of that wattage. It was obvious to me that he knew exactly the make and model of my Fan by heart. Another company I contacted would only install equipment they sold. Anyways, Bob came a bit earlier than I expected however, that was completely understandable. He finished an earlier installation ahead of schedule and wanted to get started on mine. Considering the Florida heat in the summer, that was completely fine with me. Before leaving, he gave me a written guarantee in case of leaks. I do believe he feels very good about his installations and is not worried there will be any problems. He also mentioned that some companies try and oversell attic fans (2 vice 1) when two are not needed. Obviously, he said, it was based on the size of the house. So in summary, this is the BEST company in the area for Skylight and Attic Fan installations.
